Top stadium; missing details

For a multi billion dollar stadium, Sofi lacks the ability to walk completely around certain levels of the stadium. How can having a huge screen inside the stadium and there’s still be lacking of game information all the time? This Steve him needs additional scoreboards. The steam also lacks the ability to purchase other teams merchandise. For example if it’s a home Chargers game it’s only charge us merchandise. However I’m a fan of both teams the Rams and chargers and was not able to purchase any Rams merchandise. You would think that you would want to make money but you just lost the opportunity to do so by not offering the sports fan anything. Concessions – I didn’t see any kind of burgers. Pricing seemed pretty decent. However don’t try to special order anything because they don’t understand. Concessions needs to provide lids and straws on their drinks because sitting in the upper deck the steps are so steep that it’s difficult to try to hold onto your food and drinks and yet walk up the steps having to hold the handrails as well. So the stadium just lacks some important details which you think they would’ve had given the fact that it cost multiple billions of dollars. However it just points out that nobody looked at the little details from a fan‘s perspective. Exiting the stadium seem to be difficult as well. Loved the roof but yet the openness of the stadium. There was too much other entertainment during the event which seem to distract from the game and used the big screen too much. This was my first NFL stadium experience. I am a fan of both Chargers and Rams and was excited to see them. Like I said I’d only give this stadium a B. I traveled across the country to see them and spent a lot of money for the nosebleed seats. So I guess my expectations were higher and were not fully met.
